They offer payment by Credit Card, organise bed linen etc, key collection service and end of stay clean . We do not rent directly as without the agency there is no control and the application of minimum standards. We also operate a strictly No Smoking policy, that the agency helps to maintain. 

Rates are regulated, depending on minimum standards - Betelgeuse K2 is classified as a Studio - Comfort. Prices are around 280Euro per week for the summer months and up to 850Euro per week for the peak times (school holidays) during the ski season.
